You will receive your order within 48-72 hours on working days.
Damaged or Defective Product
If the client received a damaged or defective product during the transportation, Wottocare accepts returns to their facilities to carry out a review of the product and determine whether it is covered by the warranty. In order to carry out the return, some conditions must be met:
- The customer may return the products of the order that upon receipt are damaged in any way. In such case, the damage must be notified to Wottocare, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating:
– Order number or full name and date of the order.
– Products to return.
– Contact telephone number.
- An order may be returned if it is not in adequate conditions for its use. In this case, you must notify Wottocare and send the order within 14 days (calendar days), through a transport company or by Correos, whose expenses will be carried by the customer.
If you received your order and it is not what you wanted, you have a period of 14 calendar days to make the return under the following conditions:
- The product must be in perfect conditions and unsealed. Once the return is received Wottocare will verified the conditions of the product, before making the return of the amount or exchanging it for another product.
- Returns must be made in their original packaging with all accessories contained in the item in question.
- The expenses derived from the return of products will be borne by the customer.

The warranty period for electronic products is 2 years.
