These General Conditions govern the purchase of the products offered on the shop.wottocare.com website, owned by WOTTOLINE (hereinafter Wottoline).
The purchase of any of the products entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Special Conditions that may be applicable when purchasing certain products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to carefully read their content before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between users and Wottocare will be considered effective, for all purposes, when made through any of the means detailed above.
The products offered, along with the main features of the same and their price appear on screen. Wottocare reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Customers. Thus, Wottocare may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. In addition, Wottocare reserves the right to withdraw or cease to offer, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
At Wottocare we strive to ensure that the information displayed on our website regarding all our products is correct and reliable. However, the information shown on the packaging regarding materials and/or components may sometimes contain additional or different information than that available on our website. In addition, the visual perception of the user regarding sizes, colors, textures, etc, of our products, can be affected by factors such as ambient light, the calibration of its screen, the viewing angle or the device of each user.
For these reasons, the user must consider in addition to the information available on the website, all the additional information available on the label, data sheets, warnings and instructions that accompany the product. The offers submitted by Wottocare are valid within the limits of the stocks available. Wottocare reserves the right to modify the range of its products according to the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
- AVAILABILITY AND REPLACEMENTS
Wottocare aims to ensure the availability of all products that are advertised through www.shop.wottocare.com. However, if any product requested was not available or had been sold out, the customer will be informed within 24 hours of placing the order.
In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the refund previously paid, will be made within 15 calendar days.
- PROCUREMENT AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS
It is also recommended that the customer print and/or save a durable copy of the conditions of sale when placing his order, as well as the receipt voucher sent by Wottocare by email.
You will receive by email the corresponding invoice of your order. To this end, the customer consents that the invoice will be sent to him in electronic form.
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of the contract according to the chosen modality.

Forms and time limits for delivery
Orders will be delivered to the customer through the TIPSA courier or parcel companies. The order will be considered delivered at the time the carrier has delivered the package to the customer, and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the goods upon receipt and to indicate all anomalies on the delivery note.

- PRICES, CHARGES AND TAXES
The prices of the products collected in shop.wottocare.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the period of validity of the same and whatever the destination of the order.
The final prices of all products (and, where applicable, the final prices per unit of measure, where required) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the items listed in the catalogue of shop.wottocare.com.
The products do not have VAT included. VAT is reflected at the end of the order or in section of each product on the main screen.
- The VAT rate is the applicable rate for each product.
- Shipping costs: The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. However, shipping costs may vary thanks to our promotions and special offers. Check with our customer service team for our current discounts.
- Return costs: Returns are associated with return and management costs. Check the general conditions of return of our after-sales service to know the rates applied to returns.
- Other additional expenses: In the cases where the payment of the products is made by bank transfer, the customer will assume the commission expenses that his bank applies to him. In the cases where the payment of the products is made through PayPal, the customer will assume the commission that this platform determines as management expenses.
Product prices may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be that in force on the date of placing the order.
- FORMS OF PAYMENT
We offer you these forms of payment:
By credit and debit card
You can make the payment immediately through the secure payment gateway Redsys of our Bank. If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights 3/2018 of December 5, as well as the GDPR 2016/679 of April 27, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Wottocare accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. The bank issuing the card must be in Spanish territory. When ordering, the customer will provide the details of his card, which will be stored directly in the payment gateway during the purchase process. Wottocare does not store credit card information.
By bank transfer
By cash transfer or bank transfer to WOTTOCARE, S.L., in the account number indicated in the order confirmation email. You must indicate at the time of the transfer the name of the customer and order number. Orders that are not paid within 7 days of order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
Payment of the order will be authorized through PayPal, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. For this, it will be essential to have a PayPal account.
- RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without needing to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except as provided in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of 16 November, approving the text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
The customer shall have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods or products requested to inform Wottocare of his wish to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal implies that, Wottocare will proceed to the refund of the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, «following the procedure indicated by the customer in the return form» (check conditions After Sales Service).
During this period, the consumer shall inform the employer of his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling in the form at the end of this document and sending it to the e-mail address of Wottocare.
Wottocare shall notify the consumer in a durable medium of an acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal. To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories. Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return. The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.
No product handled by the customer in bad use, breakage, etc., will be changed or paid; otherwise, any warranty will be lost. In case of defective product, shipping costs will be passed on to Wottocare. In other cases, these will be borne by the customer; These returns are associated with return and management costs. Check the general conditions of return of our after-sales service to know the rates applied to returns.
If the cancellation of the order is communicated prior to the shipment of the order, the customer will be exempt from any expense. If the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or wrapper) in which the product is located, is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted; the same will happen otherwise. Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return will be managed by Wottocare through our courier service.
The electronic products purchased through shop.wottocare.com have a warranty period of 2 years from the moment of their delivery, which covers the possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any damage produced during that period.

To avoid problems with the installation or handling of the purchased product, make sure you have followed the installation and operating instructions contained in the user manuals. If, however, the product purchased does not work properly, you must immediately contact the customer service and technical support of the manufacturer, or, where appropriate, the representative or distributor.
Technical services will normally require you to provide the following information:
- Invoice number.
- Identification of the specific model.
- Serial number.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges or drops, atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental drops or incorrect use by individuals or companies not authorized by Wottocare. Similarly, it does not cover wear and tear for hours or misuse of hours or negligence before or during use, as well as breakdowns caused by improper installation or handling and storage.
Wottocare reserves the right to study each product returned by independent specialists, the guarantee being exempt if it is proved that the breakage was caused by the customer by the competent authorities, as well as the partial breakage of the product to force the use of the guarantee for the return or refund of the product; in these cases, the costs of the expertise will be borne by the customer. Wottocare is not obliged to compensate the customer or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property other than the product or loss of profit.
- LIABILITY AND EXONERATION OF LIABILITY
The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract, as established in Chapter II Tít. IV Book II of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
If the product is not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may choose between the repair or replacement of the product, unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate. The repair and replacement of the product shall be free of charge to the consumer and shall be carried out within a reasonable period depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they are intended. If the repair is completed and the product is delivered, the product is still not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, the reduction of the price or the termination of the contract.
Wottocare may suspend, withdraw, or cancel part or all of the non-contractual products at any time and without prior notice. The above forecast will not affect those products that are reserved for registered users or that are subject to prior contracting and that will be governed by their specific conditions.
