- How can I pay for my Wottocare orders?
At Wottocare we offer several payment options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

At Wottocare we accept payments with VISA and MasterCard.
– Bank Transfer
For orders over 200,00 € it is possible to pay by bank transfer.
- How long will my order take to be shipped?
The packages will be sent within 48-72 hours in working days by the transport company TIPSA after the order confirmation and always before 18.00h.
- Shipping costs How can you enjoy free shipping?
Free delivery for orders over 30,00 € (For shipments to Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
- How can I request my order invoice?
After your order is sent, you can find your printed invoice within the order or you can request your electronic invoice at firstname.lastname@example.org
- ¿Puedo añadir o modificar artículos de mi compra una vez ya realizada?
It cannot be guaranteed that we can modify a lost once confirmed, as orders go into preparation immediately and once packaged it is not possible to modify them. If you need to make a change, you can call our customer service immediately (+34 91 721 61 70).
